Who is This Daily Journey for?

This journey offers a softer way forward, through small moments of presence, conscious breaths, gentle reflection, and quiet courage.

Morning Presence

Begin your day by arriving — in your body, your breath, and this moment.
A short contemplative journey helps you align with the day ahead, setting a tone of presence and calm.

Midday Reflection

A gentle pause in the middle of your day.
Through reflection, breath, or a brief body-based practice, you’re invited to check in with what’s alive, and with the themes you’re moving through.

Evening Landing

Close the day by coming home to your body.
Through meditation, breath, and inner journeys, you’re guided to release the day, land in yourself, and gently set intentions for rest and integration.

Why this Journey?

The Present Journey grew from years of listening,  to real lives, real bodies, and real questions.
The themes and practices are shaped by more than 25 years of experience as a body-based and systemic therapist, yoga teacher, and guide, and by working live with over 25,000 people around the world.

Each theme reflects what people return to again and again: stress and overwhelm, love, loss and change, the longing for meaning, connection, and rest.
These are not abstract topics, but lived experiences, ones I have walked through myself and continue to meet, both personally and in my work.

Journeys created from experience and a lot of love.
From sitting with people in moments of transition and awakening.
From witnessing how presence, breath, body-based work, and inner journeys can gently support real change over time.

The Present Journey is an invitation to walk this path together, with tools that have supported thousands before you, offered now as a space you can return to, again and again.
