1-on-1 Coaching live and online
For people who carry a lot — in work, responsibility, and life. In these sessions, we slow down and listen beneath the surface, working with what shows up in your daily life and the deeper layers that shape how you choose, relate, and stay present.
Stress, grief, sensitivity, perfectionism, and change live in the body and influence how grounded and clear you feel. Through calm conversation, body-based awareness, and systemic insight, we create space to realign — without pushing or fixing.
The focus is simple: inner ground, clearer choices, and a way of showing up that feels true.
Individual Breathwork Sessions
A quiet way to return to calm, clarity, and inner space. Breathwork is a gentle yet powerful doorway into the body, supporting the nervous system in releasing tension, settling stress, and restoring ease and presence.
In one-to-one sessions, we work slowly and safely, attuned to what your body needs in the moment — nothing is forced or rushed. This work is supportive for people who carry a lot in work or life, and for anyone longing for more space, rest, and breath.
Breathwork can be experienced as a standalone session or as a deeper layer within a coaching journey. A soft, embodied way to come back to what feels true.
Bodywork & Energy Work
Gentle support and restoration for moments when your system needs care or a reset. Bodywork invites you to slow down, land, and create space within the body — especially during intense or emotionally demanding periods, or when rest feels necessary.
In these sessions, I work with Reiki and subtle energy-based bodywork to calm the body, soften held tension, and allow the nervous system to settle naturally. This is not coaching in itself, but a supportive layer for moments when the body asks to be included and words are not enough.
Bodywork helps you sink deeper, recharge, and return with more ease — so you can meet your work, relationships, and daily life from a place of calm presence.
